Weight Vest
We have weight vest conditioning coming up in black belt class so I had to go online to buy a weight vest. I go to the recommended site, weightvest.com, and to my utter shock a measely 15-pound weight vest is almost $120! Holy crap for crap! Sifu C's idea of duct taping free weights to your gi if you don't have a vest started sounding better and better.
So I called up the school to make sure I was looking at the right thing. Unfortunately, I was looking at the right thing. Like a good little black belt I shelled out $120 for a little black vest. I can't even use it to hit anyone. Sheesh.
