New Year's Eve Menu
I concocted such a yummy meal last night I thought I'd share. I took two sashimi grade tuna pieces and rolled them in fresh cracked pepper. I seared them on each side for about 30 seconds and let them cool. Sliced into bite size (or thereabouts) pieces and served cold with soy sauce, they were absolute heaven.
I paired them up with some oven roasted red potates and asparagus. Super yum!
