Open the Cheap Champagne
I finished my book yesterday. Funny, I wasn't even done yet before I started thinking about the things I wanted to change. I polished off the last of my 84,070 words and popped the top on a bottle of cheap champagne. Hey, it's just a finished novel, not a sale :) I'll break out the Cristal when I sell it. Er, maybe not...
I'm probably going to let it sit for a week before I start editing. Or who the hell knows, maybe I'll start today. After I go out and buy some new shoes.
