Daylight Savings Time
It has been determined that moving Daylight Savings Time back a week was actually enacted to give NaNoWriMo
participants an extra hour during the first weekend of November. It was also determined that this benefit to NaNo'ers was worth the additonal risk of earlier darkness to Trick-or-Treaters.
